学校简介

　　福州大学创建于1958年，地处福建省省会福州市，世界一流学科建设高校，福建省人民政府与国家教育部共建高校。学校以工为主、理工结合，理、工、经、管、文、法、艺等多学科协调发展。现有国家重点学科1个、国家重点（培育）学科1个。化学、工程学和材料科学3个学科进入国际ESI学科排名前1%。学校现有博士后科研流动站11个，一级学科博士点10个、二级学科博士点3个（不含一级学科覆盖）、一级学科硕士点36个、二级学科硕士点7个（不含一级学科覆盖）、专业学位授权点12个。目前各类研究生超过1万人。 

　　Fuzhou University, founded in 1958, is located in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province. It isthe world's first-class discipline construction university, which is jointly run by the Fujian Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education of China. Fuzhou University boasts of its diverse disciplines in sciences, engineering, economics, management, liberal arts, laws, arts and crafts, etc. with engineering and sciences as the major disciplines. Now it owns 1 national key discipline, 1 national key (cultivating)discipline. Its disciplines of chemistry, engineering and material science are rated among the world’s 1% disciplines by ESI (Essential Science Indicators). Fuzhou University has 11 postdoctoral research stations, 10 doctor programs of first-level disciplines , 3 doctor programs of second-level disciplines, 36 master programs of first-level disciplines, 12 programs authorized of conferring professional degree, and more than 10,000 graduate student .

福利待遇

　　1、学校给予理工类全职博士后年薪13万元起（税前），管理类全职博士后年薪11万元起（税前）； 

　　2、学校负责办理社会保险，提供60平方米以内的宿舍供全职博士后住宿，须按标准交纳房租；若校内暂无合适房源，允许全职博士后到学校周边自租房源居住，学校给予2000元/月（税后）的租房补贴； 

　　3、全职博士后的科研成果按照学校相关奖励办法进行奖励，各站点根据博士后工作情况和贡献度，可有配套奖励（详见各站点招收需求表）。 

　　1.Fuzhou University will offer 130 thousand Chinese Yuan (before tax) as the yearly salary for full-time postdoctoral researchers of science,and 110 thousands Chinese Yuan (before tax) for full-time postdoctoral researchersof management. 

　　2. The university will provide social insurance, and a dormitory within 60 ㎡for each full-time postdoctoral researcher, but hee should pay the normal rent. If there is no dormitory available, hee may rent a flat near the university, for which the university will give 2000 Chinese Yuan (after tax) as the monthly subsidy for the rent. 

　　3.The university will include the research results of full-time postdoctoral researchers in the performance salary distribution system.
